Dr. Brenda Fortin grew up in Plymouth, MN and is a proud graduate of Wayzata Schools. Having received chiropractic, acupuncture, and natural healthcare throughout her life, she developed a deep appreciation for holistic wellness from an early age.
She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2001, where she also completed her acupuncture training and certification. Dr. Fortin has shared her expertise through community education programs, local businesses, wellness expos, and even radio appearances. She is an active member of the Minnesota Chiropractic Association. She also serves as an Associate Faculty Clinician within the Northwestern Health Sciences University Department of Clinic Education, mentoring chiropractic students and interns as they gain hands‑on clinical experience.
Dr. Fortin provides chiropractic and acupuncture care for individuals and families of all ages. As a mother of two daughters, she has a special passion for caring for children—from infants to teens—as well as supporting women throughout pregnancy. The clinic features a dedicated kids’ treatment room, and she hosts Kid’s Day on the first Wednesday of each month to make visits fun and comfortable for young patients.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Fortin enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, biking, yoga, running, and visiting Minnesota’s beautiful North Shore.
