Pilates Mat Classes

Pilates Classical Mat Class is open to beginners and more advanced students. Class participants need to be at least 16 years old. You do not need to be a patient of the clinic to join. We have a 5 person limit per class.

Please email staff@fortinchiropractic.com or call us to register 763-478-3978. Please bring your mat and a bottle water for the class. Each class is 50 minutes long and is $25 per class. The class is taught by Rebecca.
